Refunds and exchanges are not allowed on festive offer collections.
Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process:

- All returns are subject to verification to confirm the item meets the eligibility criteria.
- If your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (once approved) and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once your return is verified and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 2 business days and credited to your original mode of payment.
